“Today, we proudly introduce Cynthia Bar and Bistro, named in honor of our owner Phil Coppage’s mother, who exemplifies the spirit of warmth, generosity, and kindness.
So much has changed since Irregardless opened its doors in September 2022. What started as an exceptional prix fixe fine dining experience has evolved into a cozy and elevated neighborhood bar and bistro. While we’ve maintained the standard of our original concept, we’ve created a menu that embodies what we do best – beautiful housemade pasta, creative burgers, and shareable starters – while always offering vegan and vegetarian options.
Our beverage program showcases reimagined timeless classic cocktails with creative and modern twists, and a thoughtfully curated selection of beautiful wine from both regional vineyards and renowned global producers.
