Uptown LLC’s beneficial owners are Tatiana Pastukhova and Aleksandr Kereselidze, who are behind Artechouse.
Last we heard about plans back in 2023 was: Owners have “entered into a letter of intent with an “arts/theater group”…
Will the new owners still show movies? Will it be exclusively an art space? Will there be a restaurant attached?
