I was walking along 19th St NW towards Pennsylvania Ave around 1:30 pm (Wednesday) afternoon, and I saw an older gentleman step out of his car and fall into the small embankment as he stepped out of his car. I helped him up and called for the ambulance because
he was bleeding profusely from his leg.
He told me he was going to a dentist appointment. He is an elderly white male around 80 to 90 years old, and I am a Black woman. I would love to know if he is doing okay. I didn’t get a chance to get his information because he was a little shaken up and needed to be taken care of before I could get it. I’m hoping someone from his family sees this and gives me an update.”
