“Dear PoPville,
I have recently run into problems using Lyft scooters around Eckington, and discovered via their app’s live map that virtually the entire neighborhood is a no parking zone for just their scooters.

I’ve been aware of other restricted scooting zones for all companies (around Nats Park, federal lands, etc.) which are helpfully called out in the city’s Shared Mobility No Parking Zones map, but I can’t find any reference to the Eckington restrictions in Lyft’s (fairly awful) website, and their customer service live chat is equally helpless.
Does anyone know why Lyft’s scooter map differs from the other operators? Is this something DDOT should address, and is there a good place to start beyond calling 311?
