A GoFundMe was put together for the folks who suffered that terrible fire earlier this mroning.

The GoFundMe says:
“My brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Cody and Emily, recently lost everything they own in a house fire. They had only moved in three weeks prior and were thrilled to have a great location,
as well as more space to host family events and sleepovers for their niece and nephews.
DC Fire and EMS were true heroes as they rescued both of Emily and Cody’s beloved cats from the burning building.
Now the long process of rebuilding begins for them. If you’re able to help “Emmie and CoCo” — as their niece and nephews call them — get back on their feet by donating, our family will be most grateful.
