Update from CVS: “A temporary ramp was put in place due to the accessible door being broken. The door has since been repaired and the ramp will be removed soon. The wheelchair elevator is working properly and available for those who need it.”
Camarie writes: “CVS store at 675 K St NW, Washington, DC 20001 is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. They have decided to lock their accessible entrance, and do not have a working wheelchair lift on the primary entrance.”
“To make matters worse, they are trying to force people to use this dangerous, non ADA compliant, non-weight tested “ramp”.”
