I got bitten on the back of my arm by a German shepherd dog tonight (Tuesday) on Massachusetts, right by the embassies. I was out running in broad daylight and the dog came at me from behind. I showed the owner my bite with all the blood and asked for his info and he walked away from me.
Any ideas what to do in this situation given that the dog is clearly dangerous and no one should go near it?”
