At 22, Addison was diagnosed with Compartment Syndrome, ending her Division 1 college soccer career. Determined to find a solution, she removed gluten from her diet and saw significant health improvements. Embracing her new healthy lifestyle, Addison turned to baking and founded Sweet Addison’s. Her journey from athlete to entrepreneur showcases her resilience and dedication to promoting wellness through delicious food – and now a pop-up owner in Union Market!
The Sweet Addison’s DC location will officially open its doors on September 6th, offering dessert lovers a delightful new destination to indulge their sweet tooth including fan-favorite flavors and exclusive new creations including: Chocolate Chip Cookies, Triple Chocolate Cookies, Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies, Lemon Cookies and Fudge Brownies – with more to come.
