For the past year, I’ve been dealing with pot smoke entering my condo. Each unit has its own HVAC system. As best as I can tell, the smoke is entering through the bathroom exhaust fan.
It’s gotten so bad that I keep the windows open (regardless of the temperature or humidity level outside) and also run two HEPA air purifiers. Even with these measures, my clothes smell of smoke, and I am often relegated to sleeping on a couch (where there is maximum fresh air circulation). I also have asthma, and the smoke triggers it. I would appreciate any recommendations regarding a technician to investigate how the smoke is entering my condo and to address the issue as I am truly at my wit’s end (as evidenced by the fact that I am reaching out to you at 1:30 AM). I own the place, and so moving is not really an option. (My property management company and board are aware of the issue.)”
