“DC’s beloved and award winning Chef Elias Taddesse is back in the kitchen cooking up a whole new menu at Doro Soul Food, his popular carryout in Shaw. Chef Taddesse is launching eight new dishes next week at Doro, including, by popular request, wings 3 ways. In addition to the wings, he is also introducing a vegan sandwich made with crispy enoki mushrooms.
