Update from BLT Steak:
“After 18 years of serving the nation’s capital, we are saddened to announce the closing of BLT Steak DC despite our best efforts to remain open.
We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to our dedicated staff who have worked tirelessly to make every meal special, and to our loyal guests who have supported us for the past two decades. You have become more than just employees and patrons; you are part of our restaurant family.
We have enjoyed having you, your families, and friends at BLT Steak DC and hope to see you again soon at one of our domestic BLT locations in New York and Miami or internationally in Aruba, Bermuda, Ginza, Osaka, Roppongi, Seoul and Turks and Caicos.”
Thanks to Jim for following up on the big BLT Steak news from earlier this week: “Definitely closed…all the BLT signs are down. And they even just cut out the sidewalk banner with their name on it.”
