Dr. Daniel Cave on 16th Street, for almost 20 years. I noticed I hadn’t gotten my appt reminder in a while so I called them up and nobody answered. A google search states the office is permanently closed. Have you heard from anybody else about this apparent disappearing act of a medical professional? If he is closed, I am not even sure how to get my records for the next dentist.”
