“Dear PoPville,
I wanted to reach out to share an experience for the dc women. Monday morning a man on the red line
flashed his erect penis at me. He had a hood on and was holding 1 piece of newspaper to hide and then show himself, which makes me think it was premeditated and he will do it again. In case this will help future people be more aware, I wanted to let you know. This happened on the red line going towards shady grove, between van ness and tenleytown around 9:30 AM”
