What do we know about the guy who shows up in parks (usually near playgrounds) and plays really loud classical music on gig-type speakers for hours on end while suspending himself from trees?
He’s currently in Kalorama Park, and I know he’s frequented Tenleytown. Has anyone successfully gotten him to leave? My friend politely asked him to lower the volume, which he did, but only for a few minutes. It went on for several hours, clearly audible for several blocks. And more instrumental elevator than actual classical.”
