Chef Matt Baker’s romantic, four-season rooftop bar and lounge, set amidst a urban culinary garden is located above MICHELIN-starred Gravitas in Ivy City, Washington, DC.
Conservatory’s new Spring menu boasts some of the best of local DMV bounty with Hen of the Woods Mushroom Tempura, main courses like Chorizo-crusted Scallops- and guests can sip on local and globally-sourced wines by Moez Ben Achour and cocktails by celebrated Lead Bartender Mike Ross. The team is excited to introduce their Sunset Social Hour (in conjunction with Cherry Blossom Festival)- and then will be offering this every Friday, Saturday, Sunday thereafter!
