About that construction spotted at 14th and V Street, NW in the old Provision 14 space. Thanks to Ian for sending:
“Looks like a new location is gearing up at the old Provision No. 14 on the corner of V and 14th NW. They’ve been doing a lot of internal work over the past few weeks – painting, woodwork, new furniture, etc.”
The liquor license placard for V Street Lounge says:
“The Establishment will be a tavern serving American foods. Seating Capacity of 178 and a Total Occupancy Load of 271. Sidewalk Café with 62 seats. The licensee is requesting an Entertainment Endorsement with Dancing to provide live entertainment inside the premises only. Licensee is also applying to add Sports Wagering to their operations. Establishment will offer four (4) Sports Wagering machines inside the premises. Games of Skill Endorsement to include four (4) Pace O Matic District of Skill electronic gaming consoles. Holiday Extension of Hours Endorsement.”
