Little Chicken at The Wharf is set to open on Thursday February 22nd at 11:00am!

A backyard bar that just so happens to serve some of the tastiest tenders and fried chicken sandwiches in the city,

Little Chicken at The Wharf has 60 indoor and outdoor seats plus TVs. Chef Chris Morgan (Joon, Yasmine), Chef Gerald Addison (Grazie Nonna, Grazie Mille) and Casey Patten (Grazie Nonna, Grazie Mille, Grazie Grazie) have fine tuned tenders, saucy sandwiches, wings, substantial salads, stand out sides and soft serve creations that scream “Summertime” every day.

Your new favorite bar at the Wharf – fun, laid back and a drink for everyone. Endlessly sippable and summery cocktails include the Orange Crush (fresh oranges, vodka, triple sec, sprite), Big Green Tonic (gin, midori, cucumber, tonic), Wharf Water (vodka, blackberry, lemon, thyme) and a full line up of Frozen options (Hawaiian Punch and Pina Colada).

BIG Tenders: hand breaded to order, never frozen these are some of the biggest and crispiest tenders you will find in the area. Available regular or spicy in three, six, nine or a fifteen piece “bucket o’ tendies” with six sauces! Stay tuned for the “Chicken Boat” coming soon….

Wings: choose from dry rub, bbq or buffalo with house ranch or blue cheese. Six, twelve, or twenty-four piece box for the squad!

Saucy Sandwiches: sandwiches have been tweaked from the original launch. They are bigger and saucierI

Pinky’s Out: fried or grilled piece of chicken, house crispy garlic sauce, Duke’s Mayo, cilantro, pickles
Betty Cue: house bbq sauce, Duke’s Mayo, coleslaw
Wild Bill: house buffalo sauce, blue cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles
Sauces: seven house made sauces to choose from include hot sauce, maple mustard, BBQ, Ranch, Alabama white, spicy mayo, blue cheese, buffalo. Protip – you can order “all the sauces”

Soft Serve – it’s summer year round at Little Chicken with vanilla, chocolate and twist soft serve, as well as over-the-top specialty cones like:
BAM BAM: vanilla, fruity pebbles, (raspberry in the middle)
MC CRUNCH: chocolate, oreo, mint
HBD: vanilla, jimmies, cookie crumb, birthday cake frosting

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
