DC keeps neglecting the district sidewalks on NY Ave NE, from union market to Ivy City.
They haven’t cleared the snow once this week (and in the summer they no longer mow or clear litter). It’s really icy and dangerous and it’s forcing people to walk on the road on NY Ave – not great!
