The company, which operates the district’s only cheese-focused wine bar on the H St corridor, is expanding its retail footprint with a dedicated cheese counter inside the bustling Union Market complex. Located inside Union Market at 1309 5th Street NE, Paste & Rind’s Cheese Counter at Union Market will open in late February and offer
an expanded selection of cheese, charcuterie, and accompaniments available for purchase to take home or enjoy at the market’s picnic tables or rooftop bar.
The Cheese Counter at Union Market is the latest addition to the company’s broad portfolio of products and services, which includes the district’s only cheese-focused wine bar, a monthly cheese club, catering and event services, and more.
