“Paste & Rind Cheese Company, Washington DC’s premier locally-focused artisan cheese curator, is expanding from farmer’s markets and online orders to a brick and mortar location in the bustling H Street Northeast corridor in Washington, DC. The company, known by locals for beautiful cheese boards and Instagram-famous cheese cones, is now offering regular retail hours and launching the company’s first restaurant concept. Located at 904 H Street NE, Paste & Rind’s Cheese Counter and Tasting Bar will open doors at 3pm on Thursday, February 23rd and offer a selection of cheese, charcuterie, wine, and
accompaniments available for purchase to take home or to enjoy on site.
The Cheese Counter and Tasting Bar are the latest additions to the company’s broad portfolio of products and services, which includes corporate and private events, a monthly cheese club, cheese program consulting for restaurants and wineries, farmer’s markets, and pop up events.
Paste & Rind’s Cheese Counter and Tasting Bar is open for retail and cheese slate service from 3pm to 9pm Thursday through Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday.
