Crazy screamers at Columbia Heights Metro have become sadly normal, the Black Hebrew Israelite etc. But right now 1/28/4:00 pm – intense insane screaming extreme volume. I have begged our council for years to simply prohibit amplified speech.
No infringement on first amendment. Say/shout whatever you want, just no artificial amplification. Why can’t we live in peace?”
