A reader reports Saturday:
“There was a shootout just after 10am right in front of Randolph Towers at the 3902 14th St NW entrance. Two cars were shooting at each other. Most people said they heard 6 or 7 shots, but we hear the police found 14 shells at the scene. Two stray bullets flew through the window of a third floor condo.
The owner was sitting on his couch when the bullets blasted through his window. Fortunately, he was not injured. This appears to be a random incident between two groups with no relation to any Randolph Towers residents.”
