We live behind the apartment building directly behind the zoo and they are abysmal about their trash pickup up schedule and capacity. Rats have taken over their parking lot and the alley at night, while crows show up in the am.

We’ve sent in 10s of service tickets to DC 311, engaged with their management company with no progress along with our AMC Commish and the DC Mayor’s office with little luck.

Any advice or elevating the problem would be VERY much appreciated.”
