My DC pilot compost bucket has been stolen 3 of the 5 times I’ve put it out.
DPW has replaced them all within a week, but it’s starting to feel not worth it (except that I’d love to compost!) I even tried writing a threatening message (see photo), to no avail.
I’m in Ward 4. Is anyone experiencing bucket theft?”
