MPD reported at 1:15pm: “3D is on the scene of a confirmed shooting at 3100 14TH ST NW.
Adult female and adult male conscious and breathing, both with gunshot wounds to the leg. No Lookout at this time. DO NOT TAKE ACTION CALL 911 W/ EVENT I20230641023″
