Shouk: “After five years in Union Market District, we’ve reached the difficult decision to close our Union Market location later this month.”

From Shouk:

“Dear Shouk Community:

After five years in Union Market District, we’ve reached the difficult decision to close our Union Market location later this month. We’ve loved being part of the fabric of this special neighborhood. And we loved sharing our plant-based creations with you.

Thank you to all the amazing people in this part of town who’ve supported us over the years. You’ve made us a part of your lives, and for that, we’re eternally grateful.

But don’t worry – this is not goodbye.

You can still enjoy your favorite pitas and bowls at our three other locations at Mount Vernon Triangle (655 K St NW), Georgetown (1426 Wisconsin Ave NW), and Rockville (5568 Randolph Rd). They have the same delicious plant-based goodness you know and love. Or, hop on our app and get us delivered to you.

While we bid farewell to Union Market, we’re looking ahead to what the future holds. Who knows where we might pop up next? The world is our oyster (mushroom), and we’re always thinking, innovating, and planning something special for you.

Thank you for being part of our journey, and here’s to plantiful delicious food, and the incredible community that is Shouk.

The Shouk Team”
