“Come join LightHouse DC and The Midlands for an Autumn Art Fundraiser on October 19th 5pm – 9pm at the Midlands Beer Garden (3333 Georgia Ave NW)! The event will feature local DC artists. A portion of the proceeds will benefit LightHouse and those they serve.
LightHouse DC helps individuals and families transitioning from homelessness in our community move and furnish their new homes. LightHouse is the only nonprofit in the DC metro area that consistently offers these critical services. LightHouse believes an unfurnished living room, empty bedroom, or bare kitchen are more like a shelter than a home.”
