The placard at the new Chi Cha says:
“A restaurant and lounge serving Latin and East African food with 110 seats and a Total Occupancy Load of 133. Entertainment Endorsement to include Cover Charge. Alcoholic Beverage Carryout and Delivery Endorsement.”
