I got the mail from DMV for unpaid ticket that haven’t paid for more than 30 days, the fine is now from $50 to $100. I got confused as I do not remember if I got any ticket.
After reviewing the date and time information and I realized I remember there parking enforcement who was behind me as I park less than 25 feet from stop sign. I was in the car and I drove away. The parking enforcement never issued or put ticket on my car.
Apparently parking enforcement got my license plate number and issued the fine without putting ticket on my car window.
Can they do that? If they can, how can I paid the fine if I never got the ticket?“
