“On Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at approximately 2009 hours, units were dispatched to 721 H Street, NE, for a shooting. After arriving on the scene, units located the complaint suffering from a GSW. The complaint was transported to an area hospital in stable condition by DC Fire EMS. Look out for a black male, approximately 6′, thin build, between 40-50 years of age, wearing a blue mask, black scale cap, a gray long sleeve hoodie shirt, and black pants. The suspect fled the scene in a Gold colored station wagon, bearing DC handicap tags.
