I’d gotten to know Jeff through my daily dog walks over the M Street Bridge. He was a kind, loving human and a friend to many in the community.
He’d tell stories, and frequently said, “I used to have a dog. I miss that guy.” His dogs name was Spike, and I’m glad they can rest peacefully together.”
