“About 7-8 shots in two short bursts. A man was collapsed on a couch in the alley. Police came and applied pressure to his wounds. Ambulance took a while (I could hear a police officer calling for it again in frustration). Man was still moving at points but not sure if he survived. A lot of blood on the couch and dressings when he was moved to the stretcher.”
