“Applicant requests to increase the seat count from 38 to 150 and the Total Occupancy Load from 64 to 272.
Applicant also requests an extension of its hours of operation and hours of alcoholic beverage sales and consumption. In addition, applicant is seeking an Entertainment Endorsement to provide live entertainment inside.”
