Back in April 2022 we were told: “Ted’s Bulletin NoMa is slated to open during the first half of 2023.” Coming soon signage went up in September 2022.
The plywood could likely just be construction related. Anyone who lives in the building hear anything? Emails inquiring about updates were not returned but one contact is currently out of office. Updates as we learn more.
