The kick-off event, and launch party for the Dancing Molly Oyster, the latest collaboration between Long Shot Hospitality and Harris Creek Oyster Co., will feature half-priced Dancing Molly oysters and frozen mignonettes to celebrate the start of National Oyster Week (August 1 – August 6). Harris Creek Oyster Co.’s owner and president, Alex Johnston, will be out on the patio shucking oysters and music will be provided by DJ Harry Hotter.”
