I just moved to Kalorama and there is a man who has a megaphone rigged up on 23rd and Bancroft every day and I see him at 6:45 AM when I go to work and 7 PM when I return blasting what sounds like
political speeches and an East Asian language. Does anyone know who he is directing it toward and what his cause may be? Just curious, I live far enough away that it isn’t a nuisance”
