Kandi reports: “Seeing this on my morning walk- looks like quite the event last night. This is just before the Harbor Patrol building, at the far end of the Wharf towards the Titanic Memorial.
It’s hard to even tell what direction the driver came from to plow through a DC Bikeshare and end up in this position. Phew!”
