My boyfriend got attacked by an off-leash dog (maybe pitbull but not sure) on his run this morning around 7:30 AM on 5th St NW around the KIPP academy (probably closer to the intersection of 5th and Q). The owner didn’t do anything and just screamed insults at him,

so he didn’t get any info. We’re getting checked at the hospital but was wondering if anyone knows what we should do about the owner and dog? Also wondering if anyone on that block might have Ring camera footage of the attack. Thank you in advance!”
