Sunday around 6am a reader reported: “Narrowly avoided being hit by the black Kia at a red light, only for it to cause a massive accident at the next intersection of North Capitol and Michigan. Everyone was OK, aside from being very shaken. There were three what looked like children driving the black Kia.
They were going extremely fast. And driving very recklessly.
Of course, pulled over immediately and called 911 and chatted with police when they arrived.”
