“We wanted to share the exciting news that El Rey has finalized a lease with our building! El Rey is known for serving delicious tacos & tequila with locations on U Street and Ballston. They will begin the construction of their space over the next couple of weeks so we will communicate that timeline and impact dates as they communicate them to us. We are looking forward to adding another great restaurant to our mix!”
The placard for this El Rey says:
“New Retailer’s Class “C” Tavern with a seating capacity of 150 inside, a Summer Garden with 180 Seats, and a Total Occupancy Load of 330. The Licensee is also requesting the Alcohol Carry-Out and Delivery Endorsement, Extended Holiday Hours, and Live Entertainment inside of the premises.”
