I tried to get a duplicate car title sent to a new address. The drop-down menu doesn’t include DC in the “state” field. Not under D or as “Washington DC.” I’ve got around this in other settings by leaving that field blank and providing everything else including a 9-digit zip code, but not allowed here!”
