Wondering if anyone out there has any good ideas on how to deal with decrepit tree boxes that are not in front of my building (but that I pass by every day)?
These several tree boxes are on 19th Street NW between Florida and Vernon Street. I looked at filing a 311 request but there does not appear to be an option for tree box maintenance. Thanks!”
