Renovation of the corner house on the southeast corner of 13th and Harvard is underway. We’re delighted. Then we noticed a huge slab on the front yard. Turns out the developer was able to split the corner lot and is building a two-story apartment building in front of the majestic corner house!
We’re fighting this with the city. If anyone has any experience in this and can help, it would be much appreciated! Any recommendation of an attorney would also be welcomed!”
