“Although I have never imagined expanding Bread Furst in any way, an overture from the Phillips Collection was more than I could resist.
All of us at the bakery are proud that we are taking over the cafe inside the Phillips Collection. I have been a long time member at The Phillips and a long time resident of Dupont Circle.
We will offer a selection of everything we offer at the bakery on upper Connecticut Avenue including breads, pastries, sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
We hope that we can be a cafe not only for members and patrons of the museum, but for the community as well.
We will be there Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 5pm starting in early May.”
