“with a heavy heart that we have to announce the closure of Bond Collective’s Washington DC location”

Thanks to a reader for passing on from the Bond Collective:

“It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce the closure of Bond Collective’s Washington DC location, at 609 H Street, due to complications from COVID-19 and landlord negotiations. Despite our consistent and persistent efforts to remedy this situation, we received notice that our last available day to operate the location will be April 30th, 2023.

We opened Bond Collective H Street in November 2020. As you can imagine,

this was an incredibly difficult time in the world to open a shared workspace. We are very proud of the community we built here and of our community team that has worked tirelessly to run the location. Please know we did everything in our power to try and mitigate this situation.

Since we do not have any other locations in the Washington DC area, we have spoken to Industrious across the street (810 7th Street NE). They have the space and are happy to help make this an easy transition if you choose to.

Furthermore, we will fully refund your security deposit once we officially close on 4/30. If you choose to move out before this date, we can prorate your April rent to reflect your move out date.

We again want to extend our apologies and are committed to helping you through this transition.

Thanks,

Bond Collective H Street”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
