“4D Shooting. The Fourth District is investigating a shooting that occurred on 3/5/23 at approximately 4:15 P.M. in the 600 block of Kennedy Street, Northwest.
An adult male victim was suffering from gunshot wounds to the hand and back. Subsequently, the victim was transported to a nearby hospital. There is no usable lookout at this time.
