Is anyone aware of a Condo Association/HOA Ombuds-type equivalent in DC government (i.e. similar to Office of Tenant Advocate, but for condos/HOAs)? I’ve tried DC Housing Authority and after hours of being on hold,
the person on the line seemed a bit mystified and suggested DC Bar or retain private counsel and I’m feeling like I’ve smashed into a wall at this point. So any assistance or, I guess, counsel recommendations…but dreading that idea. Thank you”
