“The Second District is currently investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at approximately 10:28am in the 900 block of 24th Street NW. The suspect approached the adult victim and produced a handgun while demanding her Canada Goose coat.
The victim complied and the suspect fled Northbound on 24th Street in a white Hyundai Elantra bearing Maryland hard tags. The victim was not injured.
The lookout is for a black male, medium complexion, 5’6″ in height, 35-40 years of age, slim build, wearing all black.
