When is the best time of year is best for apartment hunting? My last 5 or so leases have all started in August which I have to imagine results in more competition among tenants for lesser places and higher rents due to how it lines up with school/new job schedules?
Basically I’m wondering if there are better months to be looking for studios (in particular) than others. Or is it all in my head?“
