A reader reports on Sunday:
“So I walk to my sweet car this morning and I find it completely totaled on Connecticut Ave in front of the Maltese Embassy between California and Wyoming. The car had been pushed off the road onto the sidewalk and was hit in the front and back.
The police were really helpful and when they got there let me know a guy had ALREADY been arrested. Yay, but still this is what I’m left with.”
